After having lived away from the Houston area for several years, I pulled in to Five Star Auto Service in the Webster, Texas , on a whim, to have a vibration under my car checked. Josh, the … More Manager, greeted me with a smile and friendly manner that lasted the entire time I was there as well as during future visits. Due to well-trained and observant eyes, a minor mechanical issue, (in the MOTOR) and who wants to ignore THAT 🙀??? was explained to me in a way that was easily understood , (by a female)……. by Josh who also quoted a fair a price, so arrangements were made to repair this the following week. Great Customer Service!! Did I want to spend time relaxing in their well appointed lobby??! For HOURS…..Absolutely NOT!…… so being driven to my home by an outstanding member of Five Star’s staff while the repair was completed was a special highlight of my day🤗 My return visit to FIVE STAR is NOT too far in the future as my trusty, and well-behaved Honda, that has traveled LOTS of miles over MANY Texas roads, will be asking to drive down NASA Parkway to see these guys again Less
